This supplement is way much better than the product from brands like Wellbeing, Trunativ, Goodbug, etc. I'm personally consuming the powder since 15 days now with tender coconut, orange juice, water, etc. the tangy taste is good and amazing. If you're not fond of such tangy tastes you can add honey and consume. The change that I've noticed in my energy level is tremendous, not only that but my gut or say stomach has been doing much better no bloating, acidity or stuff, better skin quality even in this scotching heat.
