Beautiful presentation, knife is a bit more weighted in the hand, still very comfortable & sharp right out of the box, which my husband loves. Striking pattern on handle, quality material. A bit longer than the average knife, which is good for him, with easy, smooth action.💯 So far, very satisfied with a happy husband & definitely worth the price! 👍🏻

Coming into Xmas my Daughters asked what do you want for Xmas, as always including Birthdays So i bought this knife, not because i needed it, but because it appealed to me A genuine Damascus Blade with Wood inlay and Chrome surrounds Well i am glad i did acquire one. It dose not disappoint, it is beautifully packaged, and the combination of the high quality packaging and the high quality knife is terrific Make a fantastic gift I had a concern regarding the wood inlay in the handle, with some reviews saying it resembled plastic and the colour was off Actually i agreed with both comments, looked and felt like plastic and colour was a lot lighter than the ones in the Product Page GOOD NEWS a rub down with a timber table oil and it came up so well went a darker wood colour and displayed loverly timber tones If it was plastic nothing would have changed however being wood it absorbed the polishing oil really well Hope this helps others who were put off with the plastic comments The blade is a genuine Damacas not an etching and it is smooth to open and close and very sharp out of the box It actually got razor sharp after stropping on a leather strop a few times Merry Xmas

Damascus steel, expensive. Not hundreds of dollars. But still beautiful. And sharp. Distinctive snap sound.

Very nicely crafted. Has decent weight to it. Colors are slightly muted compared to photos, but nothing bad. Came very sharp already. Only complaint was that it did not fit in the sheath for it well. Once the leather of the sheath loosens up some, I think it will fit much better. Knife itself opens nicely.

What a cool Alvely knife. Wasn’t sure if I would like it,but on seeing it…..I LOVE IT! The blade is very sharp and detailed. The blade lines up perfectly in the handle. I love the handle, it feels very good in the hand and elegant looking. I have three Alvely knives and they are all great.The skull on the lanyard is the finishing touch. 52 five star reviews should tell you something.

I know you’re thinking this is an expensive knife. I have many different knives from several companies and this one is at the top of the list. Build quality is second to none. It feels very solid. Fits nicely in my pocket but I collect knives so this one usually stays in the display case unless I want to show off. You get what you pay for with this type of purchase and this knife is worth every penny.

I like the look. When I first got it, it was very tight and hard to open. I used it a couple of times and now it doesn’t hold. It opens too easy-no resistance at all.

The styling and beauty of this knife is off the scale. Simply beautiful. From the leather case to the Damascus steel, its a work of art on every level. Very sharp, but I plan on taking it to the next level with my new Work Sharp pro sharpener. Also, the ebony appeared a little dry, so I put some of my special cutting board conditioner on it, and the color immediately popped. Simply the most beautiful knife I own.
