They are full size and perfect for adults. I live in the south and I'm always hot. I put them on my chest when I go out in the heat. Easy to remove and slap on your wrist. NO residue comes off easy. I also keep some in the frezzer. Beware they get cold but easy to remove and move around to cool off.

Definitely comforting when you have a migraine. Not sure they make the headache go away but they do make the pain more manageable. And isn’t that the idea?! Keep them in the refrigerator!

When you have a fever it brings in down for example my brother had 100 fever it got it down to 93.4 it works really well on pain and when fever hits recommend in every feist aid kit. Its ease to use ans long lasting durability anmm

I bought these after trying another brand that took forever to kick in. These, however, worked instantly. The cooling relief was immediate. I noticed a lot of other reviews complaining about the smell, but I honestly didn't mind it at all. Growing up in an Asian household, this is a scent I smelled all the time, so it actually brought back some nice memories for me. If you are looking for fast relief, these are definitely the way to go.

These are wonderful when my girls are sick, even when they are grown up.

Ive had these on Subscribe and Save for a while due to chronic migraines. The old kind were fine... Not nearly as long lasting as another brand I know of, but much more affordable. This month the packaging was completely different. A box instead of a pouch, and single wrapped patches instead of two in a pack. I do love the packaging change, singles are far more convenient for me... But I just opened one. My god it smells AWFUL. I think they might have been going for menthol herb smell, but it comes across more like menthol and moldy dirt... I don't have any other patches right now so stuck with these for today but I am never buying these again.

After trying a more expensive brand that my husband bought me, I decided to try this brand to save a couple of bucks. First of all, if you’re going to use these, make sure that you’re not going to be up and walking around. The stickiness on this product could use help. Definitely doesn’t stay on my skin unless I’m couch-potatoed for the day. The size of these patches are average and works well for my needs. I usually place one on my head, another on each shoulder and one on the back of my neck. You do get a decent amount of patches, but honestly, these are not the best quality. The eucalyptus scent isn’t very strong which is a negative for me. The coldness doesn’t last very long either. You can put the product in the refrigerator for extra cooling, but even then the coolness doesn’t last long. I will probably go back to the other brand that I used, but this product may work better for others. I would say, give these a try. They’re not the worst, but certainly not the best.
