Nice wrist watch at a good price.
Nice ladies wrist watch and easy to read for us short sighted people! It seems well made, with a shiny gold outer casing and a good strap and buckle. A bargain at this price and keeping perfect time. Quiet tick. It seems durable and functional. I like the grey colour of the watch I bought, it seems to match any outfit. Strap length is good too. Also at a very good price at under £10.

Great watch with an easy to read face
I must have had this watch over a year now. Still going strong despite being rather bashed about in my daily life! I like the large numbers. It doesn’t irritate my skin like some watches do. The battery is easy to change when necessary (I think I have renewed it once). Great value for money.

A bargain beauty but beware of short battery life
I bought this watch for an elderly lady who wanted a very simple, easy-to-read interface, and now I'm thinking of buying one for myself. I was astonished at the beautiful quality of this watch at a fraction of the price you'd pay in a jewellers on the main street. Elegant, clear design with a beautiful comfortable leather strap. People who have seen the watch have guessed it cost over 30 pounds! And it does look like it, really impressive watch for this price. It came in simple packaging with a tiny plastic stopper around the knob to spare the battery until first use. Overall a really lovely watch for anyone. One point though, if you have a large wrist it might not suit; the lady I bought it for has slightly thicker wrists and the strap is on the second last hole closure. She has plenty comfort and room but anyone with a thicker wrist might need to add another hole, the strap isn't very long. Edit: 6th Dec. 2019, the watch is still working well. Edit #2: 13th Feb. 2021, watch still working fine! :) Edit #3: 11th June 2021, watch stopped working today. Probably the battery, so I'm revising my rating to take a star off for short battery life; I expected it to last a lot longer than 2 years. Replacing the watch would be cheaper than buying a replacement battery, but who wants to throw out a working watch? A bit disappointed now. :(

Amazing for the price!
I wasn't expecting much at this price point, so obviously you're not expecting this to be a piece that competes against similar looking analogue quartz watches from the budget end of the best known, Japanese maker of well liked, inexpensive models but, in fact, this is really pretty good. Seriously, I kid you not, it's a very presentable, well built looking wee thing. I bought the 36mm model and it sits nicely on my 5⅛ inch wrist. The cashback is undoubtedly made of a decent chunk of actual stainless steel whereas many similarly budget minded watches come with some form of nasty zinc alloy that burns the skin as soon as they're worn for more than a few seconds. My picture showing the rear case shows how crisply the lettering and numbers are formed. This suggests that this watch is far from the cheaply assembled piece of nonsensical junk more often found at this very inexpensive end of the analogue watch range available. The strap is also far better than I expected it to be. I'm impressed that said strap is honestly and openly described as a leather alternative, where many budget pieces are described as real leather. Not only is the strap correctly, truthfully described but, as you will see if you zoom in on the photo that shows the outer finish on the strap, [the strap] looks, wears and feels like a much more expensive one. So far, the watch is keeping excellent time, as a quartz piece should. Sadly not all quartz movements are so accurate, some of my similarly inexpensive quartz pieces lose seconds per day. There is no minute track on the straightforward, uncluttered dial of this watch, so to check its accuracy precisely it is best set at 12 o'clock when you have it out of the packet and are getting it ready to go. (Slight) criticisms as follow: The crown is very light to turn and can cause the minute hand to move when you're pushing said crown in after setting the time. This is easily dealt with by simply ensuring that it is pushed home with a fingertip at either edge of the crown and keeping your fingers from moving, so preventing unwanted moving of the hands. For me, this is no problem at all, indeed I can think of a certain Swiss "luxury" watch in my collection that does exactly the same thing. It's not a fault, simply a characteristic and not indicative of any manufacturing problem - I couldn't find any of those and was trying! Sum up: A good looking, surprisingly well built watch for a lower cost than a new battery for many quartz watches. Parti ularly impressive for me are the quality of manufacture in both rear cover and strap. This is a real bargain and very far from a hastily thrown together piece of the sort that looks and most frequently is poorly made. Well done to the makers of this for supplying a watch that's actually rather good! I may add another colourway to the collection. Thanks for reading, I hope that my words & pictures have been useful. Happy shopping, Jaye ××

Easy to read but the battery only lasted 18 months.
While many good features - easy to read face with a nice long wrist band BUT the battery only lasted 18mths. This is very disappointing. I'm going to try having the battery reploaced so will update this later if I can. I think the new battery may cost as much as the watch, so will be intersted to discover.

I love this watch. It works perfectly and keeps time exactly as my mobile and it’s been months. It’s small but it’s super easy to see the time. It’s also very pretty, comfortable and fits my very skinny wrists. I got the brown and gold version and it is as described. I doubt that one can find better for the price. Would buy again.
