After few months kept lagging. Weak navigation. Battery gets weak fast. I didn't Like continuous issues.

This vacuum is a good robot vacuum with strong suction power and nice features like LiDAR navigation and self-emptying technology. Works well on hard floors and low-pile carpets. App control and Alexa integration are convenient. Overall, a solid option for busy households.

Tried to find some help and assistance after the machine started to make loud noises , however no one wanting to help with machine not functioning properly after only 10 uses ! Not Amazon , not the manufacturer.....

This vac does a good job of cleaning. But if you plan on being home while it’s cleaning wear some ear plugs. Hard to even hold a conversation while it’s vacuuming. Plus the internet connection constantly drops. I’m returning after one days use. Mostly because it’s to loud.

I love the device! Extremely intelligent. Detected my whole house in 5 minutes, cleans itself. The application is very user-friendly, and includes all options that would ease the process. Affordable, high-quality, and intelligent!

Purchased for a family member as a gift while on sale, I have own the m8 pro which works great! however this piece of junk was nothing but trouble from the start. Its main issues are 1. Maps keep getting lost/deleted this has happened 10+ times in the year my family member has had it 2. The dust bags are impossible to find in the UK, we even contacted the manufacturer directly and they still sent us the wrong size dust bags, for some reason they changed the size between this and the m8 pro 3. It has a motor issue on the main brush, when it comes across a carpet it makes a whining sound and then brushes stop turning it seems the motor is not strong enough and has a fault. Support has been terrible and near impossible to get it was returned to us by the family member and I only keep it as spare parts for our other robot vac

It’s so clever, it goes around the house mapping out exact rooms and walls (things it could bump into) first- then on your app it shows the layout of your house. It’s brilliant! I turn it on and it cleans my house while I’m working do saves me a job, it’s super quiet too and so easy to use- fab performance and you can also set your own schedule so it automatically cleans at a certain time

works fine for my single bedroom hard floor. laud but you can silent voice, and with schedule works and no go zone, it is perfect for my needs. not easy to use application yet I managed. got stuck a lot over my clothes hanger legs, nothing can't be fixed with scotch tape . it is strong i had to remove my thruw rug. it will move it around.

The map function is terrible, constantly overwriting the maps at angles so the map becomes unreadable. Gets “stuck” in open areas constantly. The maps are uneditable where mistakes are made. It completely ignores “no go” area and goes wherever it wants. It doesn’t clean in a logical order but rives randomly around. I strongly recommend getting something else, this is not worth the constant headache.
