Quality no good

As shown in the images, the chain given is of pure cheap quality, whose colour faded out in days of using even when no water is touched. Other chains will afde out and show light gold colour, but this one turned out completely black. There is no comparison in colour for the pendant & the chain. It's like I have paid whole price for the pendant only. The other heart chain, I bought it from instagram page which even after 2 yrs of usage, the colour is good & I paid 149 for it. This pearl one's pendant is having quality but the chain is not worth it
