I am taking this cranberry tablets from 20 days and my urine infection problem is now gone. Before I had burning feeling and going washroom again and again, now it is better. Capsule also easy to take. No bad smell. Thank you for making this good product.

They don’t taste anything like D-mannose (which is usually slightly sweet) or cranberry (which should have a tart, sour taste). Instead, they taste like plain starch — no sweetness, no sourness. I experienced zero effect on UTI symptoms. I’m not even sure these tablets are safe or contain the ingredients they claim. A complete waste of money. Too late to send return, but I will never buy this product or anything else from this brand again.

Tasted it. Seems to be 100 percent cornstarch. D-mannose has a sweet taste with a bitter after-taste. Doesn't seem genuine.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I am taking this cranberry tablets from 15 days and now urine infection gone fully. Before this I try many things but no help. This one is working nicely. Also no side effect. Easy to eat tablets. I will continue this daily now.
