I've been using these magnetic door stops for a few weeks now, and I must say they're quite impressive. Installation was relatively simple, especially with the adhesive pads, which saved me from drilling into my walls. I applied the door stop to hold my bedroom door open, and the magnet is robust, ensuring the door stays put, even with occasional drafts. However, the adhesive pad did come off once, but reapplying it was straightforward, and it has held up well since. I appreciate that the set includes extra adhesive pads. The magnets are strong enough that sometimes I need to misalign them slightly to avoid having to yank the door shut. These door stops perform well for internal doors, although they might not be ideal for external use as some users reported rust issues. Overall, they are a stylish and functional addition to my home, keeping the doors from slamming shut unexpectedly.

Really easy to put on, very robust and looks lovely

Hold the doors well. It is a heavy door on a wooden floor so the door stop didn’t work well. This solved the problem well and is neat and tidy

I do not recommend this product. The magnets are not very strong, the screws supplied round off with only the slightest force, the sticky pads don't stick and the expanding bolt does not have a long enough thread. The actual door stop does look OK and the spring does stop the door from bashing closed. I am using the door stops as I bought 3M sticky pads, added an extra magnet, changed the screws and fitted 2 on one door. As soon as I find something better I will change them.

The magnetic catch, when correctly positioned is great. Problem is that securing in exactly the right position is very very difficult. After several attempts I gave up and put spacers under to allow it to 'wiggle'. Now works great but so much faffing about.

The product is STURDY. Based on a few reviews, I was hesitant. However, I was pleasantly surprised. It was also very easy to install. Another feature is that for the install, it gives an option for screwing it in or using the adhesive option. We chose the adhesive which holds VERY well. The magnet does hold well. Depending on how you connect the magnet will determine how much the strength of the magnet holds. I was so impressed with the first pair that I invested in another. The results were the same. I would, without reservation, recommend this product. It’s well made and does the job. I have to give a gentle pull for one door because the hold is quite bold, but I don’t mind that at all. I hope my feedback will be instrumental for anyone who is considering purchasing this door stop.

Don’t buy this product! The magnets don’t work. They did not provide the 3M tapes and overall very low and cheap quality. Don’t waste your money on this!

This is the perfect solution for busy toddlers, who love to open and close doors! The installation was super easy and very strong adhesion...they provide screws for different types of walls, but all I needed were the super strong adhesive stickers...the magnets are strong as well, but not too strong. I almost didn’t buy it because of other reviews saying it was hard to pull apart. However, this is not the case for me. I just give it a quick firm jerk, and it detaches fine...I get such gratification when my grandsons try to close the doors and can’t...it prevents them from smashing their little fingers, and potentially locking themselves into their rooms...I have purchased 6 of them and installed them on the front door, back door, and 4 of the bedrooms (like I said...they are very busy little boys)...I am so satisfied with this product!
