I love pickles, they add the tang, salty, and sweetness to any meal. achaar is complement to meals for balancing the macronutrients and micro minerals. It also helps with digestion. This brand uses mustard oil as its base, and not canola oil or farm oil which is used by other big brands. Mustard oil and natural ingredients are all that I saw on the label, and on the bottle. When I tasted it, there was no of bad oils. Also the amount of oil was less, and not ripping and overflowing as another brand. Try it, with one bottle, and as I did, you may end up getting the six pack, better than price, hope this helps you a little bit in your purchase and saves you some money and time. Hope this helps ✌
