I recently had a particularly unpleasant procedure which left me losing a lot of blood and oozing more blood over the following days. I developed anaemia and was very weak, shaky and unwell. I didn’t want to get the doctor involved so I ordered these iron tablets and within a weak, felt so much better, had energy and the colour had returned to my face. The tablets are quite large but I didn’t have trouble swallowing them. They are high strength and one a day. They worked wonders for me and not only helped with my anaemia but boosted my energy so much so, that I had to stop taking them for a week as I was bed bound so didn’t want an abundance of energy. I’m not usually a champion of supplements and rather cynical of their health benefits but these have been instrumental in my healing and I’m so grateful for them.
