I picked up this heat shield to protect my saddlebags from the exhaust on my KLX250 dual sport, and it works exactly as advertised. Installation was quick and straightforward, and it’s held up great on and off-road. The build quality is solid, and it stays in place even after some rough riding. It’s already prevented heat damage to my bags on longer rides, which makes it well worth the price. Definitely a must-have if you’re running soft luggage near a hot pipe. Great product!

Easy to install. The sharp edges will scratch your muffler though if you want it nice and tight! Saved my bags from melting.

I put this on my grom with saddle bags. My bag sits right on this over my exost. My bags have not melted yet. I am not a fan of the sharp metal though. I have cut myself a few times.

Narrow Good fit

Fit great on my KLR. Just finished a multi day ride with soft luggage. Kept the side panel and baggage from hitting the hot exhaust. Easy installation. Does a great job for the price.

Pretty basic heat shield wish they offered a little bigger option this one on an aftermarket exhaust just seems a little small to me. Easy to install and doesn’t look terrible or gaudy. Haven’t had any problems out of it.

Un piccolo oggetto utilissimo, per chi come me, possiede una moto cruiser (Triumph Speedmaster), ed ha montato le borse da sella posteriore. Infatti evita, che le borse, poste nelle vicinanze delle marmitte, si possano danneggiare a causa del calore degli scarichi.

Tbh it's the first time I've seen these, great idea and puts your mind at rest you can never be too careful and reasonably priced as well.
