Mastercraft Stratus AP All-Terrain Tire - LT245/75R17 10ply

I put these on a Jeep Wrangler, I was looking for something that would be a littler quieter than an aggressive tread on asphalt but also provide all-terrain traction. These are great. They are VERY quiet on the road, almost like a highway tread. Not quite, but almost. They also offer very capable dirt, gravel and trail performance. These are NOT rock crawlers, but if you are looking for a tire that gives good performance on-road and off and won't break the bank, I recommend these. To give an idea, my driving is 80% asphalt, ~18% dirt and gravel and ~2% 2-track trails.

They are very heavy duty and ride rough, but that is what I wanted... I was so tired of cheap mushy weak tires that cut and wear out and poor life. I now feel confident I can go just about anywhere on these tires without worry. I will update later once I get some miles on them...
