I’m not sure. I bought for my grandson 2 years ago. He was 9 almost 10 at the time and I think (guessing) he weighed more than 63 pounds. It takes the weight to make it function. I think I remember there were other Pogo Stick for younger kids. Otherwise, it was/is a good Pogo Stick.
