The container is very weak, it opened and spilled all inside the box. This is the second time it happens. First time I thought it was because they sent it in an envelope but it happened again inside a the shipping box.

Our gliders loved 3 out of 4 of the snacks. They weren't too crazy about the veggies but then again a lot of humans don't like their vegetables either. Your glider's tastes may vary but overall they loved them

The product seems to be good for my glider but the packaging was horrible all the food was mixed up inside the bag 😩 it would have been nice is the container was sealed with a piece of tape to prevent opening in transit that’s what target does they tape everything

The package inside did not have a seal around the rim which was unexpected so with the bumps that come along with traveling it opened in the shipping box. I had some packing peanuts in with the food items and some food on top of the food lid and some food on the bottom of the shipping box. The packaging peanuts and the food were having a little mingling party. Luckily those were the biodegradable edible packing peanuts (I mean if you really wanted to...they look like soft plain Cheetos). In that light, if the packing peanuts had been exposed to Covid or something, we just got done with Covid and the animals are okay and this box has just been sitting here so I'm thinking they're okay to feed. Any germs that may have been on the packing peanuts before are long gone by now and any germs on them would just be the regular household ones floating around now since germs can just live so many hours or days at most on a surface without a living host. This was bought for my two sugar gliders for treats. If you have a larger colony you would have to use this super sparingly for treats because it would not last long otherwise. I bought organic dried papaya cubes in bulk and some yogie drops and other things but I wanted to try this. I don't think the container is one that is meant to be used for a long period of time, as in refilling it when you're done because it is a thin clamshell. It is a great way for them to sample different things and see which ones they get excited about! If they like it, I may consider buying again and hope the lid stays on the next time. I'm still surprised they didn't have a seal I had to break. I've never ordered this from them but I've ordered other products from Exotic Nutrition before and been satisfied. (Still a little hesitant on using it as it came but it's most likely fine.)
