Great product ! I have most the individual ingredients contained in these capsules and it’s convenient and better to take 2-3 capsules than a bunch more . I use this for sinus problems especially the inflammation part .

Really helps with my digestion

It's a high quality product, but I cannot take it everyday. For me, my body goes through something similar to what acid reflux must feel like. I stop for a few days, and then resume for a couple of days.These ingredients comprise a wonderful combination, so even with my personal drawbacks, I would still recommend this product.

These are great! They are a little on the larger size of a capsule but my 12 year old can take them. It’s a great combo of multiple immune boosters that help during cold season. I will now keep this on had as we do our silver. Great buy!

Only take when start to feel sick and works like a charm by the next morning everytime. Great health benefits in my opinion.
