I’m really impressed with this whole nutmeg. The aroma is rich and warm, and the flavor is noticeably fresher than pre‑ground nutmeg. It was so nice to have for holiday cooking this year. This is a more pungent pepper. This is the second time I have purchased it. The pepper is very hard - once I found out that it is much easier to grind in my Magic Bullet than using a mortar and pestle I use it all the time. Good spicy flavor. Regular pepper seems bland after trying this.

Good product - but be careful to hydrate properly before eating to prevent intestinal blockage, like you should with Chia seeds.

A decent substitute for those who cannot have garlic and onions, but DON'T take a big whiff when you open the jar. It smells terrible by itself, so just trust me on this, okay? Otherwise, enjoy!

A forgotten spice in the west. Buy it, throw it whole in a stew or a roast. Grind it up for "secret ingredient" in a savory dish. It was fresh in aroma, of a decent size, and sealed properly.

I bought these seeds because my usual brand was out of stock. The listing says they are USDA organic, but in fact there is not USDA seal or for that matter, ANY indication on the package that it's organic. Meanwhile, I'm thinking if they're lying about it being organic, how do I know if they're even legit basil seeds? They're not returnable, but thankfully after speaking with Amazon customer service I'm receiving a refund. Great customer service but I hope they ban this sketchy company.
