Simply one of those standards, like Heinz ketchup, that is of worthwhile value for the money, dependably works as it should every time, and though strong enough to use on my broiler pan, cuts easy and clean in the broilsuits grease drain slits.

Typical high quality product. But is the more useful width.

The wider 37.5 inch aluminum foil covers a cooking pan with one sheet dramatically reducing cleanup . With regular sized aluminum foil, it takes two sheets to cover a pan and juices from cooking seep between the two sheets and bake on the pan.

As a North American I always used these aluminum foils because of the size. It’s fantastic, covers a large dish, especially when making cheesecake! Very strong. Highly recommended it for those who cook or bake in large pans.
