This is my 3rd pregnancy and let me tell you, this stuff is a life saver! Whenever im hurting real bad, I jump in the bath and pour a good amount of the bath salt in and it relieves my pains. I have tried regular magnesium flakes and some other brands but they don't compare to this! I will always buy this brand because of how well it makes me feel!
