These work really well for me. I started using the “awake” patches, and those were really helpful in my days, so I thought I’d check these out. Glad I did. It got me through a 3 mile walk yesterday, which wasn’t even what I intended to do. I started out just want to do a quick walk with the dog. No issues with allergic reactions over the last two days. Also, I only use half a patch each time I use them.

Love love love these!! Really gave me a boost, I put it on as soon as I woke up and then had great energy for my workout.

Perfect to start you am and a workout. Gives you the energy to get through a 50 min workout.

These patches work, the active and b12 give me the energy I need and my daughter says the period works well on her...which is amazing as she has rough cycles.

I don’t feel anything. I don’t believe it works as advertised. It’s a waste of money In my opinion

The patches were easy to apply and mess free, which I love! My spouse and I used them to get a boost for our workout and they absolutely worked without making us feel jittery, which we loved! Our only complaint is that they didn’t really stick - we kept having to put them back on because they kept coming off, which kind of defeats the purpose if I have to stop my workout to hold my wrist hoping to make it stick. If it stayed on the entire time I’d give it 5 stars, but I feel like that’s a big flaw.

I was interested to try this to give me some boost of energy before the workout. It works great and I felt pretty active all throughout the day. It's super easy to apply and you can take out whenever you wish to. I am going to use these pre-work outs or for pick me up kind of days. So far liking this one.
