This product has been working in my shed for 4days continuously without any problem . It arrived in good packaging and is easy to set up. The heat on full power is not strong but will take the edge off the cold in a small room or shed. Be aware if your space is over 10m2 then you will 2 in the right position to generate enough heat. But it is excellent for under a table space etc. To sum up this product is worth the money if it last! !!!! Effectiveness is good for my needs which was to heat a small cupboard type space.

Great little thermostatic heater which fits in the engine bay of my boat during the winter to prevent my engine core plugs from popping out. The mounting brackets are a bit flimsy but this product does what it needs to.

I bought this for a small insulated enclosure in my garage that houses a battery stack connected to my PV system. I noticed that the batteries are designed to charge most efficiently at between 18 - 20 degrees C and the best way to maintain the ambient temperature was to install one of these. They use a small amount of energy, are cheap to run and they manage themselves by switching off once the set temperature has been reached. It’s been cold enough in the garage to require a system that keeps the stack consistently warm and this has worked perfectly and I have recovered my initial outlay already. It’s a perfect fit and a good design and simple to use. Perfect little partner

Bought this to keep the edge off the frost in my green house. So far seems to work fine and is doing the job. Will have to wait until we get some really cold weather though to see how it performs though. Some have complained that it won't heat large spaces but it's not really intended for that. After all it's only a low wattage greenhouse heater meant to keep the frost at bay and not a multi-KW space heater. The built in thermostat is not particularly brilliant although it does work. Essentially you need to go out and adjust it when the temperature has reached the minimum you want (E.g. 1C) so that it just clicks on. Depending on how it goes I may purchase a proper outdoor thermostatic switch which can be set to a precise temperature. It takes a while to heat up (which is to be expected) but does get pretty hot. I wouldn't recommend putting it right next to plants for this reason. Seems to be well built and water resistant although probably not advisable to get it wet if this can be avoided just in case.

Good value, well made and works well, although closer to 62W power consumption.

ok product - had to get a separate thermostat switch for the greenhouse

i was worried about the temperature in my workshop/shed ruining my balsa models because of damp and paints because of low temperatures so i got this for my 6x10 shed and it does the job of keeping the temperature above freezing nicely. when the light on the tube is on the heater is on and when its on its on full and switches off when the temperature of the surrounding air reaches the temp you set on the dial (no visual indication on dial as to what temperature its set at) but i just turned my dial to max and have not noticed any major difference in the electric bill and its on 24-7. the tube clamps fit together with a screw for each one and doesn't hold the tube tight but enough to hold it in place and each clamp can then be screwed down with two screws to hold the heater in place. make sure that nothing flammable (obviously) comes into contact with the heater as it gets quite hot, hot enough that you cannot touch it for more than half a second. (had to try that). anyway it does what i wanted and now i don't have to worry about my stuff in my shed being ruined by the forever changing weather. HIGHLY RECCOMENDED

Asked for a refund, couldn’t heat up a brown paper bag. It’s definitely eco friendly for the fact that it doesn’t seem to require any power for the amount of heat it puts out.

En 2 h de chauffage, chauffage à fond pour une box de 1.20m2, la température est augmenté de 0.4 degrés.. Le tubes est brûlant mais ne procure aucune chaleur. articles inutile puis délais de livraison non respecté.

Habe es wohl überlesen in der Beschreibung das es ein UKStecker ist, war aber kein Problem, habe mir ein Adapter besorgt und es funktioniert einwandfrei. Wird richtig! warm. Bin sehr zufrieden.

Wir verwenden den Heizstab in unserem Gewächshaus und sind bisher sehr zufrieden. Es gibt keinerlei Beanstandungen -bis auf den "englischen Stecker", der für uns unerklärlich ist. Man kann weltweit Sachen bestellen, die einen Eurostecker haben, aber Engländer backen ihre eigenen Brötchen. Ganz positiv finden wir den eingebauten Thermostatregler. Die für Feuchträume empfohlene Gummidichtung für den Anschluss-Stecker ist leider nicht im Lieferumfang dabei gewesen. Alles in Allem sind wir mit dem Heizstab sehr zufrieden!
