I ordered these foot wraps after spending a weekend at camp for our children who are experiencing grief. It’s always a wonderful weekend, but it is extremely hard on my body physically and emotionally. By Sunday afternoon when we were packing up from camp, my feet were swollen and throbbing. That night I saw these Dr. Scholl’s foot wraps on Amazon and quickly added them to my cart for immediate delivery and subscription. Fast-forward six more days of working nonstop and I finally put the wraps on my feet last night after running around outside for our NICU reunion all day. Again my feet were so swollen and throbbing. I had even changed my sneakers half way through the event because my feet were hurting so bad. After about 15 minutes of having the wraps on my feet, I could feel the relief all the way up to my lower calves. When I removed the wraps after about 30 minutes, my feet were so soft and felt so good. The real test was this morning when I woke up and stepped out of bed. My feet were not swollen and they did not throb when I stepped out of bed. I wish this wrap came in sheets! I would wrap my achy shoulders and neck! This one is a no-brainer! This is a very good product. Relaxes your feel. It’s a peppermint feeling at the end, size I big and easy to slide foot in and out. Definitely worth it ! It leaves a smooth moisturizing feel before bed!

It made my feet feel cold but other than that, worked fine.

Just before our last trip I saw these mentioned in planning groups and on TikTok as something to help with sore and/or tired feet on vacation. Based on comments I had read, I was hopeful that they'd fit my husband who wears size 15 shoes. And knowing how much walking we would be doing, I decided to give them a try. I used them on the second night of our vacation. Some of the soreness was gone by the time I took them off my feet, so they were obviously effective for that. By the time I woke up the next morning, all the soreness was gone and I had almost no swelling. The third night of the trip my husband decided to give them a try. He had no trouble getting them on and they worked for him as well. I was also glad to discover that there was almost no/very minimal added fragrance(s), because that can trigger migraines for me. These were definitely a good value for money in our opinion. They're going to be part of our trip planning going forward.

Not my first time ordering these, They work great as providing warmth and moisturizing your feet. Easy to put on. After a long day, great way to pamper your feet, and/or during the dry winter months, my feet are usually the last thing I think about pampering so they get pretty dry and cracked. These little booties provide quick relief. This year, I put these in Christmas stockings and we enjoyed them as a group activity.

I’m 25 weeks pregnant and have never weighed this much in my life. Because of the extra weight my feet have been so tired and sore. I just have these Avery and they worked perfectly. I will say it did burn a little towards the end of the allotted time, so be sure to wipe it off it that starts to happen.

At first the booties look huge but actually have a lot of room. When you slip them on the gel is cold. Be mindful on how you close the tabs, they do come unfastened but has no effect on how it works. I suggest rubbing your feet together to spread it around. After 10 minutes there was really nothing happening. So you can rub again. Between the 10-20 min mark you can feel slight tingling and the outer foil feels warm but inside still coldish gel. Now the last 10 minutes things happen fast. First lukewarm and then boom heat. Which sucks because you kinda want that warming sensation from the start. Package says no more than 30 minutes but it’s enough! When taking off the bootie, do so with a wiping motion to remove any excess. There was very minimal leftover I just rubbed around with my hands until semi dry. The smell isn’t overwhelming and didn’t have any effect on my hands. Now after the 40 min mark it’s still heat and tingles in open air. Overall it’s okay for an icy hot sensation. It does leave skin feeling nice and soft. But having to wait until the time is almost up kinda ruins the experience. Feet are somewhat less achy but in all honesty a foot bath would probably be better.
