I scanned the QR code in the back of the instruction book for ISO and it directed me to a site that tried to hack my phone and scam me. It could have been a glitch with the QR code, or phone, but I did not dare scan it again.The microscope image is very impressive. Andostar needs to check into this and maybe change the vendor printing their instructions pamphlet.

The clarity of the image is very good and everything works as it should. My only criticism is that the monitor screen has a couple of chunks of small debris trapped between the outer and inner layer of the screen and a single pixel is not working. Other wise I would have to say that the optics is excellent and the edge to edge focus is almost perfect which is something you rarely see on even expensive optics.

This WAS an excellent product and bargain BUT apparently, you get what you pay for. It broke after about ~1 hour of use. Unfortunately, that hour came 60 days after my initial order, so there is no recourse other than to write to the manufacturer in Shenzhen and hope for a response. Even at only $400, there is no excuse for this bad of manufacturing quality, and I fear I’m out $400.

In "camera" mode, the display is stuck in split screen (microscope/endoscope). I am getting the run-around from support. No one will even answer my question whether this is normal operation or a defect. The so-called user manual is no help.
