I usually do not like flavors of any "just add water" drink... especially the sweeteners used. The American palate usually goes over the top with sweeteners. This one pleasantly surprised me. It has a very nice, somewhat tart flavor of real lemonade with a raspberry infusion. The fact that the product derives it's nutrition as a food-based supplement is a giant positive for me as well. Food-based supplements help the body uptake the nutrition much more easily than those cheap drug-store, petroleum based supplements. Since I began using it, I am enjoying a level of peaceful sleep unlike any I've had since my chemotherapy completed two+ years back. Big thumbs up on taste, price, and result! Big yay!

I love sipping on this right before bed time. I don’t dilute as much as the instructions say so I won’t be making bathroom trips all night. Plus it’s actually healthy to drink a little bit of water before bed. This magnesium drink is delicious and sugar free with NO artificial sweeteners. Amen. And my mom loves it too!

Love this as my before bedtime drink. Helped lower my blood pressure.

I’ve been looking for an affordable magnesium citrate. This doesn’t have as many MGs per scoop that I’d like and I’m not sure it’s working as well as a straight Mag Citrate yet but it tastes good and I’ll keep taking it

This is the best magnesium supplement on the market IMHO.

I got the powder form. It is very sour, but good! I bought this to start helping with gallbladder issues after finding out that my gallbladder isn’t working through a HIDA scan. I do not have much to review in regards to that yet, but for instant results for which I was not expecting.. I have been having chest pain for 1.5 years. After ruling out certain things with my doctor and a cardiologist, it was determined that it is likely due to muscle strain. I have tried resting and stretching but it just never has gone away. Started taking this and have noticed that after 2 weeks, I am not experiencing the pain anymore. I have no idea if it is from this, but it is my only change that I can correlate it to.

One of the great ways to absorb magnesium if you dont like to swallow pills. It helps to relax your nerves and calm your moods.
