Good quality heel.
They are of good quality. They are hard to cut. Ended up using a torch and heating up a knife. Seem to work the best.

Heels are difficult to use due to being very stiff.
I found these heels difficult to use. The problem is that the replacement rubber heels are rather stiff, and don't conform well to boot heels that are worn to the point of being no longer flat. I used contact cement and woodworking clamps to attach the heels, but was not able to close all the gaps between the original boot heels and the add-on replacement heels. I resorted to using Loctite shoe glue to fill the gaps around the edges where the new heels attached to the existing (worn and leaking) boot heels. You might have an easier time using these heels if the heels to which you are attaching them are perfectly flat.
