I had been taking Nigella Sativa Oil for almost a year. Before taking I used to have frequent leg cramp and Spinal Ache (to the extent of walking hunch back). After taking about more than a month my leg cramp and Spinal ache didn't seem to reoccur. I have tried many Nigella Sativa Oil brands available, and would recommend those harvested from Turkey are of better quality and reliable. Also this oil is a good choice for prevention against Covid-19 as; according to the National Institute of Health: Strains of bacteria and viruses that are antimicrobial-resistant are becoming virtually impossible to treat; including HIV, staphylococcal, tuberculosis, influenza, gonorrhea, candida, and malaria.
