Just Received this product today and the packaging is really good. There was no scratch on the products. The product is also good in quality and very sturdy. Serves the purpose right.

We wanted a proper place to keep our microwave, OTG, and air fryer for a long time, and this stand looked to be the best to hold all of them. So, I took all the measurements, and everything seemed fine. I'm sure it would've been cheaper to build something like this from a carpenter, but we didn't have the time or patience to deal with them. The packaging was top-notch, really well done. I built it on my own, and it was fairly easy. One just has to follow the instructions given in the manual, although having a helper would've made things a lot quicker and more convenient. Some tips that will help you: 1. Don't tighten up the bolts of the metal frame until you've placed the main three big wooden planks and bolted them up in the proper position. Don't keep them loose, just tight enough to make adjustments later on. Note that I'm not talking about the upper two shelves here. 2. Place and fix the biggest top plank first, then the middle one, and lastly the bottom one. This will give you space to freely move and tighten up the bolts. 3. When the base stand with three racks is fixed and ready, start the process to fix the frame of the top two shelves. This will be much easier. Some issues I faced: 1. The middle rack will give you the most trouble. If the bolts to fix the wooden plank aren't going all the way through, just leave them and start fixing up the bottom plank. After the bottom one is fixed, the four bolts of the middle plank will go through. 2. The bolt holes to fix the planks are too close to the frame bars. It was a pain to screw them up tightly as the bars kept obstructing my hand. 3. The packet in which the nuts and bolts came was torn, but somehow I was able to retrieve all of them. They'll give you one extra nut, and that's it. All in all, I'm satisfied with the product. It looks like it will last for a long while, and I hope it does. Thanks for reading this wall of text.

I love this stand. Very Easy to assemble. Very sturdy. Definitely worth the money.

Good quality and sturdy enough to hold up big appliances like OTG and microwave. Well finished and well packed. Setting it up may require some work or if you can call a person to assemble it then it would probably be best

Although the "Delhivery" experience of this product was not good for me, but I don't want to penalize the seller, but it would be helpful for him to avoid such unprofessional "delhivery" services. This is a well made product, although I consider pricing as higher , but deserves 5 stars for the following reasons.. 1) Packaging was done with care, with adequate protection to protect the corners of the wooden board and metal frame. 2) Quality of the product is really good, and as per advertised dimensions 3) wood quality is also good. 4) Exact number of Nuts and bolts were provided. 5) Instruction manual provided - takes about an hour+ to assemble. 6) I was able to place my 25 Ltr Microware Oven comfortably. I would cut a star for the following reasons.... 1) With such high cost DIY product, they should have packed a small spanner/screw driver for assembling it. 2) For this cost , wooden boards should have had Edge Bindings. 3) A professional delivery services should have engaged - I am extremely unhappy with delivery agent ( Courier service name : Delhivery ) engaged for delivering this product, I had to lodge a complaint with amazon then only it got door delivered.

Very easy to install, no fuss, wood are quality, metal are of good quality. No complains at all. Accurate to the description. Size is perfect, just don’t keep the surface wet for long. Or keep a layer something before dripping on it. I use it for my Coffee and breakfast table in my room

Today I received the item, Normally DYI items have some manual, how to assemble but here I didn't find any. Packaging was good. All items reached properly. But the "L" shaped rod which holds the top shelf is not same. One is an inch longer than the other. As a result, my top shelf does not sit horizontally and much less usable than it should be. I am seeking support from you and help. As I don't want to return the full item, but the L shape rod should be replaced. Update: I contacted the support team, and they sent the actual piece within One day. Highly satisfied with the service. Hope it will carry the load of the microwave and OTG:)
