Fits to size and is well made. Works great for a somewhat unintended use.
I'm retired and due to a life of working with my hands I have severe arthritis in my hands and wrists. I get cortisone injections every 3 months. My ortho doc says surgery probably won't help and might even make it worse. I have been using compression wraps for years and they help a lot with the pain. I now have an Apple watch for fall detection and cant use wraps and the watch. This band puts just enough compression in just the right spot to alleviate my pain! I should wear a large, but the medium gives a tighter support. VERY happy that I can now have the best of both worlds now!! Your results may vary, but it's just right for me! I should note that my affliction is NOT Carpal Tunnel, although it might help for that as well.

Nice bands
These work well think they run a little big so I would buy a size smaller so you get good connection with your watch.

I got the product to, but it is a little confusing for me how to attach the band to the fabric. I tried turning it inside out see if there was a way I can attach it from the inside and I don’t see where to attach it so and it did not come with instructions or anything how to do it I’m going off by the picture, but if anyone else has a problem with the band, let me know and if somebody can tell me how to attach it. I’ve looked at YouTube videos the picture that’s posted here and I still can’t figuring it out but I would recommend a product for someone else.

Great invention. I got a compliment on them. I only wear one so maybe they both have a way to hold the watch.

Just what I needed!
All of my Apple Watch bands started irritating my wrist. I thought…wouldn’t it be great if I could just wear my watch on a comfortable sweat-band until my wrist heals up. Did a search on Amazon and found this. It is very comfortable and the watch still records the heart rate, steps, etc. It doesn’t seem to be able to record the blood oxygen while on this band, but that’s a minor thing for me.
