Q: How long does the spray last?

Compared to other spray fans, we have increased the spray volume so that you can cool down quickly and the spray can be used for 7 minutes.

Q: Sometimes the fan does not spray water or the amount of water sprayed is very small?

Please crank the fan to squeeze out the residual air, and then the spray function will work as usual.

Q: Do I need to add purified water or mineral water?

Please use tap water(mineral water), instead of purified water

Q: Does the fan move when I fold it to 270° to use as a desktop fan?

If used as a desktop fan please pad up the fan, part of the desktop is relatively smooth, the friction is small will lead to fan displacement.

Q: Why can’t I unfold this fan into its non-folded state?

There’s a gap near the ear of the fan, try pulling it open from there. (We are already working on resolving this issue.)
