I purchased these to repair my Milwaukee M12 batteries that have broken tabs from impact damage. These battery housings will give the batteries, a new lease on life. Much better alternative to replacing the battery entirely. These are easy to use and will fit-up without much effort. You will need a security torx driver to complete the repair. I have been using these for over a month, they will survive drops and are made of a good quality material that will not snap when squeezed during use and removal.

Don't fit OEM M12 batteries

These are NOT the screw style case. Read the description and you will see that. If you need a case for a non screw style they work great!

I have a mixture of the 2.0 and 3.0 amp batteries and these cases work perfectly with the 2.0 amp batteries BUT if you have 3.0 amp batteries with a small tamperproof screw in the bottom of the black case then these WILL NOT Work without modifying either the battery housing or the lower black plastic case. I ended up modifying the battery case so it would fit and then epoxied the red battery housing to these new black plastic cases.

Looks the same on the outside , but lacks screw hole, for sure different on the inside, where battery slides into . Don’t waste your money on this . I should have read prior reviews. Amazon should read reviews too and not allow it to be sold. BAD
