Great product! Melatonin pills don’t work for me, but this product works great! Within minutes of taking it I fall asleep. It also helps with falling back to sleep when I wake up in the middle of the night. It arrives quickly too.

This is the perfect to have a calm And rest night without creating a dependency. I highly recommend it. Has an ice taste and takes effect immediately. This is my second bottle and I will buy more as soon as I need it.

From someone who suffers with severe insomnia, this product is amazing. I find I do not have to ambien as often as this gentle and helps fall asleeop and the best part it helps me stay asleep. I out 2 droppers i to my water about an hour before bedtime and it really is amazing. I feel like I get more restufll sleep than I have in YEARS!! Lifetime customer now!

But I had to because this stuff is amazing. It works better than the tablet form, I’ve tried various doses of the tablets from 3-10mg, both instant and extended release and this liquid stuff blows the tablet forms out of the water. I fall asleep within 20 minutes and stay asleep. I take about a quarter of a stopper and leave it under my tongue for about a minute and swish it in my mouth after I hold it under my tongue. The flavor is interesting, imho they added a bit too much stevia but I have a sweet tooth so it’s not that bad. I highly recommend this product to people who have trouble sleeping. It’s been shown that lower doses are more effective than higher doses so like I said I stick to a quarter of a dropper and it works for me. Also for a liquid product that has a vegetable glycerin it’s not that thick or sticky which is nice. I love it and I’ll be buying again as this is the only way I can get sleep.

This improved my ability to get to sleep quickly, and stay asleep longer.

It didn’t make me feel sleepy or drowsy like I was hoping , but it did help a little with my insomnia.

I use this for my 11 year old Autistic son. Before using this, it could take him 2 hours to fall asleep at night. I put the drops in his lemonade 30 minutes before bedtime and he is usually asleep in 20 minutes! Please note: it is lemon flavored, but he doesn't notice it in his lemonade.
