Got this to help with my weight and burn fat. I can feel them work. It makes you go to the bathroom to eliminate fat and waste being store in your belly. You can see it during the elimination process. You can’t really taste anything however, I found myself drinking even more water than normal. Doesn’t interrupt sleep routine or keep you awake. Overall I would say it’s working.

This is a great product. Definitely keeps my appetite under control. There’s caffeine in it , taking 2 pills was too much for me, Waking up at 3 am wasn’t fun. Reduced to just one pill early morning is working so far.

I’ve only taken this for 2 days but so far I’m really liking it!! It suppresses my appetite. I no longer get food cravings for unhealthy things. I find that I get full faster and stay fuller longer. And gives me so much energy. It does have caffeine in it so I’d avoid taking at night! It did slightly upset my stomach at first but didn’t last long. It also does make you go to the bathroom more often so something to keep in mind! I give this 4 stars for now but will update after a while with results and how I’m feeling with it overall :)

Started feeling a difference around week 2, I had more energy than usual and I even was able to sweat and that's so weird for me lol

I have been using this product for about 3 months now and I've lost 11 pounds and I'm not as hungry. I dont have any xtra energy though that i noticed but I've always been pretty active so idk. Ive had no side effects that are negative. I give it a 5 ⭐️ . Im very happy. , however WHY did the price go from 7.50 per bottle to 29.99.??? NOT happy with that at all.!!! That is a huge jump in price.! Please explain this Nature’s Bounty. 😩

I’ve been on this for about a month and I’ve seen exactly no difference. I take several herbal supplements. This is by far and away the most expensive per day. I’ve trained for a bodybuilding competition before. I would never recommend this supplement for a trying to close weight. I tend to be a very strict with my eating, but I’m all or non. I’m either on it, or I’m eating complete garbage. I started Weight Watchers three months ago and I’m down 5 pounds. It might not seem like much but I’m only trying to lose those last 10 pesky pounds and I’m halfway there. These pills made zero difference at all. In fact, since I started these pills last month, I lost almost nothing. Buying the 2 pack and getting the subscription discount of these supplements still costs over $15 a month. I pay $11 a month for Weight Watchers. I can tell you which one is doing me more good and helping my physical and mental health. Weight Watchers is cheaper per month than these supplements and can change your life and improve your relationship with food. If it doesn’t work, it’s still cheaper than these stupid pills.
