I'd been looking at different hoops for a while - and this was cheaper and quicker to arrive than any temu or tiktokshop option. It's also quieter than other hoops i've seen. Links are very easy to take in and out, easy to adjust weight. Goes around smoothly. Very sturdy little hoop! I am a size 12-14, and i used 12-14 of the links. It's fun, but very hard work to get the hang of, but that's a learn to play issues. Thank you so much! I didn't expect such a great item for the price. Highly recommend

Great hula hoop for beginners, easy to use!

Ordered this late last night and it arrived by lunch time today, very fast delivery! I was really surprised how good quality it was considering it was only £7. It comes with a waist belt and a cooling towel. Was very easy to put together and I got the hang of it after a few minutes when using. Only giving 4 stars as I haven’t used it long term but so far I’m very impressed. The weight belt is an amazing add as without it it would pinch even over a t shirt. The weight ball has a counter attached which shows you, timing, reps and calories burnt. Looking forward to using this regularly

2nd Hoop i purchased. First one was of a different brand and cost £16 so i thought id give this one a go. It will work as expected but hoop is definitely poorer quality than the more expensive one, not as chunky and thinner plastic and the weighted ball isn't as heavy. I'm sure it will do the same though and possibly I've expected too much for what it cost

A great fun item. I'm not sure I believe the hype in terms of it's claim that it tones your core and is an effective weight loss tool, as you'd need to use it very regularly for a long period of time to achieve that, it it is very hard work. It will burn calories, but again you'd need to use it for quite a while to make any impact. My great niece loves playing with it, to the extent her grandma has now bought her one. The links are very easy to adjust/ remove so it can be used by both children and adults.

This item is terrible, it does not work no matter how you try to use it. I even looked online for a ermo because I thought I was doing it wrong. I wasn't and was made aware that ones like this are not good and it's best to invest in a branded one.

This hula hoop is brilliant. It stays tight on your waist using the adjustable links which makes you feel you've got more control to spin the weight around and keeping your core tight. It also doesnt hurt your waist like other weighted hula hoops can. Would highly recommend.

This is a game changer for helping to lose weight and tighten your muscles at the same time. It arrived almost ready to use (a previous one did not have any weight in the ball). I found it easy to put the links together, just keep your fingers away from the section that clips together. It feels sturdy, so I’m hoping it lasts a long time. When I first used it, I only managed 10 minutes, it’s tiring when you first begin, so I’ve been building the time upwards every couple of days. I would recommend it, but don’t expect instant results. Only bad thing about it, is the noise that’s created when the ball swings around your body.
