Wilbrine is the only kimchi we buy.
We buy this for flavor and texture. I've tried several brands of kimchi and even wasted time trying to make my own. I didn't choose Wildbrine because it's vegan but I assume that's why we like it...no fishy taste. Seeing that it is non gmo is a selling point because it is the first thing I eat every day. My gut feels great now.

I enjoy this enough to by my monthly case. They ship in an insulated box with ice packs. This one has a good spice and it doesn’t use sugar so if you need to limit your sugar intact this one is better than several of the others.

WAY, WAY, WAY TOO MUCH SALT!!
EXTREMELY SALTY!! Cannot eat this product at all. 280 mg. per 2 TBSP!!!! That's CRAZY!! Do not understand all the 5-star reviews at all. No one I know would be able to eat this stuff. UNHEALTHY!

The only kimchi that I'll ever buy again.
This is the first (and only) kimchi I've liked, and I love it. Only real ingredients; it tastes so clean. Ate it tonight with sushi, which was a perfect compliment.

Wildbrine Kimchi is the only brand
I tried other kimchi's brands and it was a waste of money. I add kimchi to almost everything (hotdogs, eggs, rice). There are days I just don't feel like cooking so I'll throw a sweet potato in the crockpot and eat a side of kimchi, so good. I hope you enjoy this brand as much as I do.

Scrumptious
This is my first time trying kimchi. It is delicious on its own!!!!! I would be eating much more of it if it were not so spicy. It still earns 5 stars for the flavor alone. I recommend it.
