No this chocolate is better for making candies. You could dip apples if you wanted to but you may want to ad some coco oil to thin it out a bit.

Q: How do you keep it from melting in shipping during summer months?

I ordered the chocolate during the winter; however, because of the shipment issues that I had with the delivery carrier and the fantastic customer service reps, I am confident that they will package the chocolate in a manner that will reserve consistency and freshness during shipping in the summer months.
