It arrived on time. Easy to connect. WiFi. Price is good. Picture quality is good. If you want better audio use Bosch speakers. Otherwise it is very good at reasonable price. The delivery person was respectful.

Because I am netflix and hotstar user i disappointed Soo much. it only has some pre loaded apps. You can't download any other apps. so it's not a smart tv. I got confused by see it's name 'smart tv'. You can watch prime video, you tube, zee5, mx player, sonyliv. Picture quality is good. Sound quality is ok colour and brightness is good. Remote has some dedicated buttons.It takes some time to laod when you enter to watch any movie or show. Overall it's good but for me it has big drawback that you can't download your favourite apps which should be have in any smart tv. So disappointed ☹️
