Part of an energy release stack
I have been using this upon waking in conjunction with selenium and tyrosine and Boron to see if I am less sluggish and have a smooth energy delivery during the day. I added some coQ10 and I no longer need that midday nap Everyday. I can not speak for others but the stack is working out for me

perfect for pushing back those cold sores.
Got this as i heard it pushes the cold sores away and yes i tried it when i felt the tingle and it stopped the cold sore from appearing, good size of bottle and i would def recomend for anyone who suffers from cold sores.

Should be OK, but dropper bottle doesn't work
Glad I got 3%, at the dropper bottle doesn't work. Took the stopper out and there are two tiny holes and one big one in the centre. Used fingernails to get stopper out. Maybe the dropper does work with the right kind of flick, but iodine isn't something you want to spill. The bottle seal was intact, and the bottle ~ (glass) was in bubble wrap.
