Ordered these for my college student and he told me that they tasted stale and were soggy. I had him check the expiration date and they are still a few months from the expiration, so they should have been fine. While it is hot where the cookies were delivered, the other type of cookies I sent in the same shipment were fresh and had a crunch. Would not reorder.

I just opened a packet and it is all stale. I am so mad there is no option to exchange it.

Wanted the dark chocolate wafers and unfortunately they are stale. I end up throwing them away. 🙁🙁

These were not crisp when they arrived and tasted stale although they were still within the best by date. I was unable to gift these as I intended. I do not recommend purchasing these.
