Weight hula hoop
I received my hula hoop today.I couldn't do about 2 minutes at first.I waited a couple hours put some fast music on and 5 minutes. I feel the burn every where.I can't wait until I can start taken links out( when my stomach gets smaller)

Durability.
Absolutely loved this. Have been using it for the past five weeks, an hour a day. Unfortunately the links have now started breaking. 3 in the past 2 weeks. Maybe I'm using it too much or for too long. Looks like I might have to invest in a more sturdy and expensive one.
