Value for money! My old PC died after 8,5 years of service and needed a replacement. Considering the prices of Gaming PC and RAM due to high demand this PC is an absolute bargain for £399. It runs smoothly after everything set up. Easily supporting my RTX 3060 12 GB GPU no need for new power source. Easy to upgrade with additional Hard drives too if needed. Really happy with it and 100% recommend for those who in need of a budget PC .Ram is DDR4 but still good enough for games. Own it for 3 weeks now and have not experienced any overheating . - I have not tried the PC without my GPU but surely is a decent PC for this money.

This is my first gaming pc and it's fantastic can't recommend it enough. I will definitely be buying through this seller when I upgrade again in the future. I was already very happy with my purchase when unfortunately the computer failed, constantly looping into reboot and unusable. I called the seller and spoke with Phil, who was amazing. He listened to my explanation of the issue and within 15 to 20 minutes he had diagnosed the problem and talked me through the fix. I am a novice with computers and I'm sure a more experienced user would have fixed it themselves, but thanks to Phil's calm, professional analysis and instruction my pc is now working perfectly after one phone call. Once again I can't recommend this seller and product enough. Great service

Good for beginner. Struggles to run high graphic games at high performance. Would suggest upgrading the graphics card. But overall does the job.

Very pleased with the PC I baught the only issue I had was with the description of the SSD as it's an m2 not SSD. This order arrived on time and was very well packaged and easy to use . It has a great look to this and is a bargain .

Very disappointed- arrived not working properly. Graphics card that I paid extra for wouldn’t support a second screen and not worth the money. Pros- Looks great, son was delighted, leds can be changed to suit mood and games. Set up was easy as just running windows 10. Graphics card is ok, went for the nvidia card and it handles bog standards games well. Help desk responded quickly to my message and offered advice and follow up Cons- build quality is awful and no quality control - had to open up and plug in power supply for leds before they would work. Took 20 mins to unknot them as they had just been shoved in a gap between power supply and mother board. I was expecting a few issues with drivers being outdated, but currently unable to play a number of games as they will not load due to graphics issues - beyond my skills set, nothing obvious. Hopefully will be able to update when gaming is able to commence and son stops nagging me to fix it!

Excellent start up PC reasonable priced everything you need to play games all you need to do is add a graphics card which I have done and the results are amazing. Good for games perfect start up base PC. came well packaged and everything was brand-new. easy to set up i’m plenty of room for upgrades would recommend.
