Great good flavor, lasts long.

This is a fantastic addition to my smoothies. I have been dealing with a ton of hormonal issues and need some extra help. I am so excited to work this in daily and will update you if there are any negatives. So far, 5/5!

I take this just by dumping it directly into my mouth, like I usually do with inositol powder. There are other ingredients in this, but the taste is fine, and it's faster that way. I really like the ingredients on this one, which is why I got it. I like that it contains CoQ10 and Methylfolate, since they are two supplements I already take. I also like that it is liposomal, meaning that I don't have to take the CoQ10 with fat (which you have to do in general.) So far I've noticed a boost in energy after taking this! I only take it earlier in the day because CoQ10 can be stimulating.

It’s bland and really hard to choke down but doable.

First impression upon opening: it smells so good. Then I tasted it, it tastes so good too. This is supposed to be easily absorbed in the body so it can utilize the nutrients. Don’t love the sunflower oil, seed oil or the mix berry flavor, what does that mean? Where does the flavor come from? I do appreciate its non-gmo. I do love all the other components of the vitamin mix to support reproductive health. For a two month supply this is a good price.

The taste is so bad I cannot even drink it

This product does a good job balancing hormones. I'm in my 60s and thought it would be for younger people, but it really does help with an overall feeling of wellness and some weight loss.

The taste is very mild. Rather than using plain water, I prefer to mix the powder in tea. It gives it a slight berry taste and sweet flavor thanks to the monk fruit, with no yucky artificial sweetener aftertaste. It would go well with smoothies as well. The powder dissolves easily without leaving a residue or changing the texture of the drink. I would like a stronger flavor, but I’m taking this for the benefits of the ingredients, and I’m really happy with the quality and dosage of those.
