Amazing quality
I love this multi-port adapter. It works perfectly with my MacBook; has a great variety of port types; is extremely useful and portable, being not very large and able to fit easily into my laptop bag's external pocket; and is really durable, having had it for over 2 years now with no issues. I haven't found there to be much of a lag when using any of the ports, and having both HDMI and Ethernet ports in addition to the USB slots to be so helpful. It was exactly what I was looking for.

Simple plug and play, drivers recommended although presently out of date.
Works great, plug and play no issues here. Works better with manufacturer drivers - they are called ASIX USB to Gigabit Ethernet Family Adapter. The drivers are a year old which is a shame. I hope they sort that out.

Great
This is a great adapter. I needed one with an ethernet cable and multiple other connections and this has not failed me. The ethernet works a dream and my laptop now has great internet speed, whilst seamlessly connecting all my other devices with no issues. Would highly recommend.

Poor reliably, stopped working
Have two of these, one stopped working completely after 2 weeks and the other only works intermittently. They don't seem to work properly if you use for more than one laptop. Great idea as a compact hub /dock but reliability is extremely poor.

New slim laptops only come with USB C ports so this hub has become essential, especially the HDMI ports, and the number of USB A ports. The Ethernet comes in handy from time to time as I work with network devices, too. I've actually glued it to the lid of my laptop so it's always available. I'll accept the additional thickness since it also acts as a handle. I highly recommend it!

This makes your phone so much more accesible! Even some of my games are playable with Keyboard and Mouse! Just incredibly unrated technology! I have 2 different brands, they both work great, BUT this one has ETHERNET as well... so I can speed up the phone dramatically. Higher quality streams! You get it... Imma fan.
