perfect fitting.. depending on individual weight/size. and yes it has no wings but it stays in place, again depending on the fabric and size of underwear. Nevertheless they are comfortable ... depending on the flow each person is different. at the end it's all trial and error, until the right one fits.

This package was a great value over big box and membership stores. I appreciated the pads worked well for me and were a great value. I did not experience any leakage and the pads have great odor control. They handled over night and cough fits. The adhesive worked well and the pads were the perfect length.

These bladder pads are very thin and short in length. I was disappointed and will not purchase them again.
