This is the first hair regrowth shampoo I’ve tried that actually works. Took about 1-2 weeks to start seeing the difference. In just a few days, the volume of hair falling out was dramatically better— down to almost nothing. In about 2-3 weeks I could see baby hairs growing around my forehead. I had a hair appointment and asked my stylist if it was breakage (yes, I dye my hair!) or new growth and she said it was definitely new growth— she could tell by the ends. I’m 55 and have been in menopause now for 4 years and was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s about the same time menopause started. Holy cow that’s a perfect storm for so many symptoms including hair loss!! I’m excited to finally try something that actually is working. Important note— I also eat very clean! Almost no sugar or processed food, gluten and dairy free due to the autoimmune condition. Also eat lots of fruits and especially berries that are supposed to also help. But I’ve been eating that way since my diagnosis and still had the hair loss, so I definitely feel this is working for me. I’m on my 3rd bottle and also bought the conditioner this time. I agree with another reviewer that my only request is they add a pump to the larger size.

I always recommend Nioxin to my clients because I know it worked for me. A Sally's moved in next door to our Salon, and I gradually started comparing their knock offs to the name brand. I must say I'm pretty impressed with some of their knock off including this. My hand was crushed in a work accident and I had a very horrible reaction to the antibiotics they put me on. My hair started falling out so bad it felt like I had a spider web on me when I rinsed. I have a nit comb i use to debris my scalp because I work in a very dirty factory . That comb would have a huge glob of hair in it, my hair is not even touching my shoulders in a light layered Bob. I have been using this for about a month and the fall out has slowed immensely.

the peppermint scent is not overpowering, and Not strong to my hair and scalp, no skin irritations and no sore scalp, being this is my first time of using it and delivered thru the Amazon truck, delivery was perfect and done in Love, anyways, i tried the shampoo & conditioner arrived in perfect condition, my hair felt great and manageable, i will see how my hair will be in a Month...otherwise i like this ZOTOS shampoo & conditioner for thinning color treated aging hair.

My biggest complaint is that the large sizes need a pump dispenser. They are heavy to lift and not fun holding upside down waiting for the shampoo/conditioner to come out while in the shower. Besides that, I love the smell. I can't really say I've noticed any difference in my hair though, and the condition makes my hair a little knotty, so I probably won't buy again.

I have been using this brand for years. Helps control dandruff and promotes thicker hair, although not a hair growth replacement.
