I've been using this pan for months now and have had zero problems! I'm using silicone utensils and using it every day and have had no issues with the non-stick material. I recommend!

Absolutely the BEST fryingbpan that I've EVER owned. Browns food beautifully eith no oils needed & cleans with a simple swipe of a sospy dish rag. I'd give it 10 stars.

Green pans are great, but do require care. They shouldn't be overheated or cooled too quickly.

Sides are too high. Difficult to flip / sautee. This is more of a saucepan than a skillet. Also, after just two uses, I noticed it was less slick. I saw the review where someone suggested cleaning it with salt because of the soap build-up. I figured he was referring to a year or so. Nope! I noticed the soap build-up after just two uses. I don't spend $50 on a pan that I have to clean with salt everyday. No thanks. Looking for a skillet? Keep looking. UPDATE: I posted a pic after the 3rd usage. This pan just keeps getting worse. This was an egg white omelette with using butter. UPDATE #2: I've been using this pan for a couple month now and it is a nice pan for frying eggs and other cooking, but it still really struggles with lower fat / high water content foods. I also stand by my comment above that the sides are the wrong curvature for flipping / sautéing. My primary purpose is egg white omelets, and this pan simply doesn't work for that. So far, it hasn't warped or scratched which is good. I'm increasing my rating from 2 to 3 stars.
