SALMAN 5T 11,000 LBS Aluminum Alloy 6061 Hitch Receiver Winch Accessories

I bought this for a recovery point I could put in my hitch receiver. Works great. Doesn't rust and is very light weight.

This thing is machined out of a solid block of aluminum. Much lighter in weight than steel, and it claims to be almost as strong. Very nicely finished with a metallic silver? powdercoat. I really like the holes are drilled in the receiver end for the pin going both ways so this can be mounted for a vertical or horizontal pull. I bought one for each of my side by sides to pull if stuck and also to secure the sbs on a trailer. If I ever exceed the weight limit, I will be surprised. I bought 2 of these on sale for under $15 each out the door. 5 stars

It was a lot nicer than I expected for the price. Good radius on the hole. Should work fine for soft shackles.

It is machined and finished perfectly. The fit is loose due to its 1-7/8" sizing, but should work well on my Polaris Ranger UTV if needed.

Functions great. Great quality. Fits perfect in my 2001 4runner hitch receiver. Rounded edges wont damage soft shackles. I don't understand why anyone would pay $80+ for other brands out there that do the same thing. Factor of safety on these things is massive. To each their own. I guess.

Well made and nice finish. Designed for hard shackle use and relief around hole may be too sharp to use with soft shackles. I cut a 1/4’ radius around hole to relieve for use with soft shackle. This now is a great product although I no longer have a certified strength. Still an outstanding value and hopefully the manufacture will incorporate softer corner edges so everyone can benefit from their outstanding product . AAA+++ May,2024 update Second one I ordered for other truck came with the radius cut. Very nice part. Soft shackle friendly. Highly recommend and at this price every vehicle you oun can have its own. 1200lbs higher rating than a Factor 55 at 1/6 the price. I bought a second one, you should too!!!
