yummy in the tummy!
a good strong raspberry taste, which you dont always get in powders. I've used it for yoghurts, chocolate making and baking and its great and has a lovely vibrant colour. Its a really good price for what you get, my daughter has taken to adding it in her morning porridge/yoghurts to add extra flavour.

Das gefriergetrocknete Himbeer-Pulver entwickelt einen süßlichen Geschmack, es duftet nicht nur in der Verpackung, sondern auch wenn es in die Speisen eingestreut wird. Es lässt sich hervorragend verarbeiten. Ob der Preis gerechtfertigt ist, kann ich nur sehr schwer nachvollziehen. Bin in der Überlegung auch die gefriergetrockneten Himbeerenstückchen auszuprobieren, jedoch lässt mich zum jetzigen Zeitpunkt noch der erhöhte Preis zögern. Im Vergleich zu anderen Hersteller ist das hier getestet Produkt ein paar Euro günstiger. Zur Frage warum ich mich mit diesem Produkt auseinandergesetzt hab liegt am Hobby: Tüftler von süß-Gebäck, Cremes, Marmeladen und Likören.

Bon goût de framboises mais j'aurais aimé avoir un mode d'emploi en français, j'y vais un peu au pif pour ajouter du lait végétal.
