Q: Can I use this around my chocolate starfish?

I would recommend shaving not a cream......what if your starfish is sensitive?

Q: can it work on my head

I do not recommend it, however I know that people have used it on their heads. This is what it says on the Nair Men website: Why can't I use this on my head, face, nose, ears, nipples, perianal area or genital areas? Depilatories are strongly alkaline and can be erosive in areas of mucous membranes and other sensitive parts of the body. Use of any depilatories in these sensitive areas, especially if left in contact for any length of time, can cause irritation.

Don't use it on your face or bikini area, you'll break out in a rash and it stings for ages. Stay away from sensitive areas basically. Leg, butt, back, arm pits etc are fine

Q: Will this product irritate a fully healed tattoo?

No. All Nair for men products I've used have all been fine with my tattoos.
