Great almond flour
It is extremely difficult to find organic almond flour in the grocery stores, even in ones like Whole Foods and Moms market. The fine grain has a good consistency for making French macarons (with some sifting) but also great for things like adding to pancake mix. I order this brand all the time. It has a great taste and is good value for the cost.

Not grainy and tastes great
I had a different almond flour a few years ago, so I was hesitant to try another one. This one is SO much better. I can cook AND bake with it. There's not a grainy or gritty texture to it at all. I also used it in cookies for two large groups of people, and they couldn't tell it wasn't regular flour. Highly recommend.

3rd time was not the charm
This month we purchased this particular PuroRaw Almond Flour for the third time. First two times, no issues at all. This third time we realized there were black bits as we scooped the flour into the cookie mix (yup, too late!). With a magnifying glass it was obvious that it was not part of the almonds, especially since there were never black bits in the previous two packages and also that the packaging says the almonds are blanched so there should be no skins included. Must have been weevils. Had to throw out the cookie mix as well as the remaining flour. Logged a customer support case with Amazon. We've learned that we must double-check any type of flour before putting cups of it into an active recipe mix.
