Q: Does the femail side come.with the hole style lugs or is it the threaded connecrion?

Threaded screws the same as the male side. It's not designed as an extension lead.

Q: Does the cable have all 9 cores?

I've not tested the individual cores, but i would assume it does. Works fine to extend Cisco console leads (8 core).
