I'm knocking off a star because the delivery part was a real ordeal that narrowly dodged "package never arrived" me fighting to get a refund from that. But they did arrive; I found them, and so now I have two reliable plug adapters I'm happy with.

Heading to Europe with a dual voltage CPAP machine. US prongs fit nice and tight in US female end, EU prongs fit snug into round female receptacle. Had previously bought the ones that just fit over US prongs, but they were too loose, and I was afraid machine would come unplugged in the middle of the night.UPDATE: these worked great in Germany. Only thing is that it overhangs a bit over second socket.

I couldn't find my old adapter and I had a trip coming up. I had a couple of those adapters that can switch between multiple plug types, but they are bulky and are better suited for a trip covering multiple regions. I purchased and so far have used them in Portugal and Italy (where the fit was a little tight in one hotel). It's worth getting these if you travel to Europe often. They are good value, light weight and low profile. In fact, they are so low profile that when we were charging a phone at the airport and our flight got cancelled we forgot to unplug the adapter when we left to get a hotel for the night but when we returned the next morning it was still there!

Worked superbly for my wife's trip to France. Small and compact it helped her minimize the space taken in her backpack so she could spend two weeks over there out of a carryon (the B&B she stayed at let her do laundry once). She efficiently packed for a week beforehand and this purchase was part of her prep. Highly recommended.
